Location & Directions

Our showroom is based in the beautiful Perthshire countryside just 10 minutes off the A9, in the grounds of a private house. Parking is available right outside. Visits to the showroom are strictly by appointment.

From the North:

Follow the A9 south and at the Bankfoot junction turn left off the A9 to Murthly. At the t-junction, turn left to Murthly. Just into Murthly take the right hand turning to Kinclaven. Follow the road for ½ mile (across railway line) until you reach a rounded wall with entrance to Baldarroch House. Once on the driveway follow the signs for The Orangery.

From the South:

Follow the A9 north and at the Bankfoot junction turn left off the A9. Coming into Bankfoot take the right hand turn (signposted Perth) and then take the next right towards Murthly. At the t-junction, turn left to Murthly. Just into Murthly take the right hand turning to Kinclaven. Follow the road for ½ mile (across railway line) until you reach a rounded wall with entrance to Baldarroch House. Once on the driveway follow the signs for The Orangery.

This recommendation comes with a warning - the award winning ice-cream made on site is so delicious you may find it difficult to limit yourself to just one! Luckily there is also a small farm shop where you can purchase a variety of flavours to take home. Lunches and afternoon teas served daily.

The picturesque towns of Dunkeld & Birnam are located only 15 minutes drive from our showroom by the River Tay. Home to the well-known and stunning Cathedral, Dunkeld boasts a range of coffee shops, bistros, pubs and hotels, along with gift shops and the Dunkeld Smokehouse where you can purchase fresh smoked salmon to take home.
